What in a political speech/rant makes it ';nutty';?

Do you know ';nutty'; when you see it?

What kind of political assertion constitutes ';nuttiness';?

What the signs that give away a political ';nut';?

One guess: Saying they are strongly opposed to something on ';moral';(read:unproveable and/or unfounded grounds) when in fact in another place and time they would be free to oppose it as a matter of personal taste (i.e. Oppossition to interracial marriage in 1967 on ';religous'; grounds by, in fact, racists).What in a political speech/rant makes it ';nutty';?
Usually something that is provably false. Like when Romney said, ';Freedom requires religion.';

Then there are conspiracy theories. Or ideas that clearly aren't workable, which come to think of it is most of them.What in a political speech/rant makes it ';nutty';?
Any statement with which you disagree emotionally is ';nutty.';

Politics is the realm of wimpy force, not reason.

';Nuttiness'; always includes a pre-arranged agenda, without sourcing or qualified or properly stated a priori constructs.

No one should leave high school without learning how to balance a check-book, read their pay-check stubs, and without knowing the basics of LOGIC.
When they try to make a funny statement and they get nothing, and the awkwardness that follows from them trying to recover.

Or when they seem to desperate to prove the other wrong or show how right they are.
i think socialists like Obama and Clinton are nuts by definition. i also think mccain is nuts.

Hillary examples: her ';35 years of experience [in the fields of bimbo control and criminal malfeasance]';

McCain examples: ';bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran';

Obama example: saying that we ought to bomb Pakistan.

McCain example #2: saying today that Obama's statement regarding Pakistan was irrespinsible..... he would know.

morals are the foundations of every society that obeys the Rule of Law. They dont have to be proven, just accepted. ie-lying is morally wrong. thus lying under oath is illegal.
When someone lifts an entire speech from another person, and claims it as his own....that's pretty nutty.

When a candidate asks to name ONE accomplishment the other candidate has done....and he (or she) runs and hides, and people still want to vote for that candidate that has done absolutely nothing......

That's pretty nutty.
